1970 Royal Pontiac Trans Am

The Pontiac "Royal" Trans Am is as delivered by Royal Pontiac of Royal Oak, Michigan. Royal Oak was to Pontiac as Yenko was to Chevrolet. The Royal dealership was just down Woodward Avenue form the Pontiac assembly plant and assisted Pontiac with development and testing of special high performance parts. Royal was well known for the dealerships' race cars. Royal also built high performance Pontiacs for the dealerships customers.

This Trans Am is one of those cars. It is one of the ONLY Royal Trans Am known and perhaps the last Royal.
